“Hayil” among other things means virtuous, powerful, wealthy and army. Thus Hayil Ladies are required to be virtuous women who redefine womanhood and have the power to influence the world.

Vision
To raise spirit-filled and virtuous women, who will pursue their God-given purpose with a spirit of excellence and creativity with the power to influence the world.
Mission
To reach, encourage and guide willing women of all ages into having a stronger and more enriched relationship with God and family.
- BELIEVING in a divine assignment to build a strong and formidable Women’s group that realizes the fundamental truth of the Christian faith,
- CONSCIOUS that this Ministry will mobilize and unify the women of Fountain Gate Chapel for a common goal,
- RECOGNIZING that the Ministry will foster cohesiveness among the women in the church as a whole,
- DETERMINED to provide a framework of voluntary Christian association with which women in Fountain Gate Chapel shall shape their lives, homes, and impact on others,
- RESOLVED to uphold the Make-up of the Hayil Ladies Ministry as directed by the constitution of Fountain Gate Chapel,
- COMMITTED to faithfulness, truth and accountability, do hereby adopt and give ourselves to this Make-up.
Aims and Objectives
The following are the aims and objectives of the Ministry:
- To provide platforms for the leadership development and the release of potential in women;
To provide fellowship and comfort among women through prayers, exhortation, counselling especially women who are hurting and in need; - To raise an army of women to counteract satanic and human domination of women and children;
To pursue holiness and excellence internally and externally to glorify God and influence others; - To acquire godly wealth to spread the Word of God and alleviate the sufferings of humankind;
- To reach out to women in diverse social strata, and also the lost in the community;
- To train women in artisanal skills such as dressmaking, tie and dye making, basket-weaving and others to enable them practice a vocation;
- To engage in charitable activities such as adoption of wards in hospitals, prisons, orphanages, etc. so as to assist the needy and destitute in the society;
- To raise families to conform to biblical standards as they model Christ before them;
- To encourage spiritual and personal growth of women and to facilitate the discovery, developing, and use of spiritual gifts in service opportunities;
